“Hello?” A groggy voice came through the other end of the phone.
“Hey Jason, I am sorry to be bothering you so late at night, but I just saw something I thought you needed to know.” I spoke on the phone.
“Is Brook, okay? Is it the baby?” Jason blurted out, sounding more away than before.
I should have known he would likely respond like this. I didn’t normally call him this late at night or much at all. Yeah, he and I have somewhat become friends, but not in the normal sense. He was Brook’s father and the Alpha King, which made it slightly uncomfortable around him at times.
“She is fine. It is about the program we created.” I assured him.
“Oh good, okay I am all ears. What is going on?” Jason let out an audible breath, that I was sure he was probably relieved I wasn’t calling about Brook.

Leilani-It was nearly six o’clock at night when Eric woke up. By the time we got everything ready to go, it was just after seven. Eric explained we were taking his car, while a couple of warriors were taking another vehicle.I didn’t know much about vehicles, but I had never seen one like the one we were sitting in now. Eric seemed to buzz with excitement when the car started. Eric-Walking into the hotel lobby with Leilani, I noticed that she seemed distracted by something. I wanted to ask her what was wrong, but I didn’t want the receptionist to over here anything. Stepping up to the desk, I gave the lady my name and told her I had reserved two rooms.The warriors I had following us, went on ahead to the next hotel. Leilani-Panic began to fill me as they moved closer to me. Why had I listened to that voice?
