Chapter 53. The Future.

The three of us were totally amazed looking at the mirror, which reflected mysterious images. I frown as I try to understand them. I look at my mates and I can see how their eyes are wide open, trying to remember everything we are seeing. Their jaws clench and their grip on my shoulder tightens. I turn my gaze to the disturbing images, which appear to be excerpts from someone’s memories.

We see it as a kind of hospital. There are glass cages where we see men, women, and children on stretchers. The staff sedates some patients, gags others, and does not observe some properly. What, if you understand, is that there is a lot of pain. It seems as if they were experimenting on them. The image changes violently and we see a figure from behind with something in his hands.
