Jeff is waiting outside the hospital when I step out and he's alone. I stuff my hands in my pocket as I try to maintain my cool steps. "Any news on Ernest yet?"

"No sir, my men are still trying to track him. Luckily for us, the security camera in the parking lot covered his plate number"

"That's good" I mutter under my breath. "Also, did you know the guy was sick in the head?"

"No, Where did you hear this?" He pulls out his jotter to take down anything I'm about to say.

"Reid, one of Becca's friend just told me"

"Uh, huh" Jeff used the tip of his pen to scratch his chin. "We'll have to interrogate Miss Nikki Bardot. You mentioned they were siblings before now?"

"Yes, so surely she knows something"
