Kristen had been so hungry the previous night she had forgotten that she wanted to seduce Adrian. Losing her virginity had to wait; Adrian wanted her to learn how to cook. He had been so patient with her the previous night while they made a simple pasta dish, though she saw the muscle in his jaw thick when she did something wrong. He was struggling not to shout out at her.
They had managed to make a salvageable meal together and Kristen was proud. The food was not perfect or anything, and Adrian was not on his way to becoming a world class chef, but they could actually eat and enjoy the food—which was way more than one could say about hers.
Kristen had gone to sleep that night in a bed that she would have not preferred, plotting how she would land in another bed the next night.
She woke up the next morning, chirpy happy; ready to carry out her devious plans.
“Get dressed, we are going to the village,” Adrian said, popping his handsome head inside her room.
“The village?” She was surprised, but then again she shouldn’t have been, that was where he was the previous night.
“Yes, you will like to see it and some people want to meet you,” Adrian clarified.
“Oh okay,” she said. She was still in bed, happily imagining all the ways he could take her. Not one to waste an opportunity, she sat up, letting the creamy bed sheets drop to her waist.
“Shit!” She heard him cuss. An instant smile graced Kristen’s lips; she loved the effect she had on him. She saw his blue eyes harden with something that looked like pure lust as he said, “Please don’t dress like a slut.” He promptly banged the door a on his way out.
That was just a one-time thing! She wanted to shout. Kristen would be a big lair if she said Adrian’s words did not hurt her, the last thing she wanted was for him to think she was a slut. She couldn’t blame him for thinking that though, she had dressed like a tramp almost all the times that they met.
Kristen grimaced as she remembered their first meeting; he had been such an ass.
I can’t believe I want to fuck that man. Well the pussy wants what the pussy wants.
She stood up from her bed and went straight to the bathroom. She was going to show him that she could look decent.
Adrian groaned as he left Kristen’s room. He had not expected that Kristen would do that.
Was the woman trying to kill him?
He was already hanging on a very thin thread of self preservation. He had expected she would be shy that morning, considering the fact that she was the one who asked him to stop. He certainly did not expect her to act so brazen. If he did not know that she was a virgin, he would have taken the invitation immediately. But he knew no matter how Kristen acted, she was probably still scared.
It did not help that every muscle in his body stood at alert whenever she was in a fifty mile radius. Clothed or not, she was a force to be reckoned with.
Adrian took his seat on the soft couch and brought out his phone to call his father. Questions had been flying through his mind since the previous day. He wanted to know if it was true that his father and mother visited the island everywhere and also to be sure if Curtis and Shania were really his mother’s friends.
He did not expect his father to give him a straight answer as the man always avoided talking about his wife. He knew that his parents were very much in love—the fact that he never remarried was a testament to it—and the death of his wife hurt him very much.
“Hello Dad,” Adrian said into the phone immediately his father picked up the phone.
“Hello Son. You are not supposed to call me until the two weeks are over,” his father said. Adrian could hear the teasing tone in his voice.
“Well I am coming now. I learnt something interesting.”
“Really,” his father replied. By his tone, Adrian knew his father knew what he was talking about.
“Yes father, really. Apparently, you and Mom are popular around these parts.” His father did not even bother to try to deny it, “We used to go to the island for our honeymoon each year. After your mother died, it was not the same.”
“What are you trying to prove father? I told you I that I won’t marry her and you send me to you and mom’s favorite place for a vacation?” He asked his father.
“If you were hoping that we would fall in love and live happily ever after, I can assure that nothing of the sort is going to happen.”
“Never say never son,” his father said and Adrian groaned.
“So the both of you knew Curtis and Shania?” Adrian asked.
“Yes we did. They were one of the very first people we met on the island. How is the old bugger?” His father asked and Adrian heaved a sigh of relief. At least he was sure they would be safe.
“Well he said you didn’t keep in touch.”
“It was so hard after your mother died. I could not have anything to do with that island. Everything reminded me of your mother. When I finally began to feel better, too much time had passed and the gap had grown too wide.” Adrian could not believe that his father had gone through so much—well; he did believe it since he was there—but he did not know the gravity of pain his father had felt. The man always looked so strong—he had to be—he had five children to care for.
“I am sorry Dad,” Adrian said and he meant it. There were things he could have done to make things easier for his father, but he hadn’t.
“It’s alright son. That time is past.”
“It is.”
Minutes after the call was completed, Adrian was seated and awaiting Kristen. He had seen Kristen in different forms. At first, he had seen as elegant—he wouldn’t admit it at the time—at the ball, then he had seen her as a business woman at the office, he then saw her as a spoilt brat with her over sized shirt and no shorts and finally he saw that she could pull off the slut look in her ensemble the previous night. But nothing at all would have prepared him for what he saw. Kristen was dressed like a... Like a wife.
He wasn’t sure how the process the information. She was wearing a simple floral gown that was tighter around her bust and clinched on her waist, flowing down to her knees. Her hair was down her shoulder in a braid. She wore simple stud earrings and the most gracious smile. Most of all, she carried herself with poise and grace like that was what she was and no one could contradict that.
“Adrian!” He heard her shout, it was only then he realized he had been staring at her, apparently for too long.
He cleared his throat immediately, and schooled his expressions. The last thing he wanted was for her to feel he was affected.
“Let’s go,” he said and took her hand.
Kristen felt very powerful—and giddy—as she walked hand in hand with Adrian. She read his expression and knew that he was surprised. She was so happy that she had proven him wrong and still managed to look attractive while doing it. In no distant time, there were in the village. The sun was already setting and there was a distinct chill in the air, but the whole area was bustling with activity. People seemed to coming out and leaving what seemed to Kristen like an entertainment centre, buying food, conversing and all.
“I didn’t know that so many people lived here,” Kristen said. She was quite overwhelmed with the number of inhabitants. She could not believe she actually thought it was just going to be her and Adrian on the island.
“Well they do.” Adrian’s answer was short and concise, delivered in a much chipped voice. He sounded as though he was angry with her and Kristen could not fathom why. She promptly rolled her eyes.
Kristen kept her mouth shut and Adrian did not say anything until they stopped in front of a quaint, but homey looking cabin.
“Good evening, Adrian and Kristen I presume,” an older couple greeted the both of them. Kristen brought out her mega watt smile and turned up the charm to one hundred.
“Yes, it’s Kristen,” she said, shaking the older man and bringing the woman into a warm hug.
“My name is Curtis and this is my wife Shania. Come inside and meet the rest of the family,” the older man said. He looked fit, but yet you could tell that he was advanced in his years by the manner in which he talked. He exuded all sorts of fatherly vibes. His warm smile made her want to coddle him. His wife on the other hand, looked skeptical, like she was deciding if she wanted to love her or hate her. Since she just met the woman, Kristen could not tell what she did to warrant that.
Adrian placed his hand on the small of her back as the older couple guided them into their home. Kristen noted the show of affection as there was nothing else she could think about. His palm was burning into her skin and all her senses were at alert.
The sweet aroma of food wafted through her nostrils as they entered the house, momentarily distracting her from the hand so close to her ass—a hand that had spanked that ass.
“These are our daughters, Faith and Brianna,” Curtis said, introducing two girls who looked Kristen’s age—maybe a bit older. The girls could pass as twins as they were both of the same height and the same body size. They even had the same shape of face and simple aura. But Faith had dark brown hair and Brianna was clearly blonde, with lighter coloring. Faith wasn’t nearly dark enough to pass as black, but she was dark enough to look mixed. Kristen wondered if there was a black grandparent in their lineage.
Pleasantries were shared and dinner was served. Before long, Kristen found out why Shania looked her that way. It was clear that she wanted Adrian for one of her daughters—specifically, Brianna. The matchmaking was so clear and also very annoying. The only thing that gave her joy was the fact that Adrian didn’t seem to want anything to do with the younger lady; he hated Brianna more than he hated her. That was good enough for Kristen.
So as Brianna smiled, flirted and Shania prodded, Kristen wrapped her hand around Adrian’s muscled arms and made as much body contact with him as possible. She wanted everyone to know that he was hers—at least for two weeks.
“We will like to take our leave now,” Adrian said when Brianna let out a particularly crass remark about the color of her skin. Kristen was proud of how she managed to keep quiet throughout the whole ordeal. Ordinarily, she would have told Brianna where she could stick her words, but she didn’t. It wasn’t the first time and it wouldn’t be the last time that someone would use the color of her skin against her. The fact that she was from a rich family helped people barely said things to her face. But there were cases where people didn’t know how rich and powerful her family was—like Brianna—and the ache it brought never lessened.
Curtis expression showed how sorry he was and how disappointed he was in his daughter and wife. He apologized profusely even though she told him it was alright.
“I am sorry,” Adrian said as they walked back to the cabin. Kristen found that she enjoyed walking. Back at home, there was nowhere to walk to. She was always in and out of a car. She enjoyed the cool breeze as it ruffled her ear and glided over her skin.
“Sorry?” She asked. That was the last she expected Adrian to say. It was not as though he did anything wrong. If anyone should be apologizing, it should have been Brianna. But yet the arrogant bastard was actually apologizing.
“I knew Shania was bent on matchmaking, but I didn’t know it will get so bad,” he said and he truly sounded sincere.
“It’s alright,” she said, leaning closer to his side. She loved the warmth that his body brought.
They walked in silence to the cabin, his arm around her shoulder, her arm around his waist. No words were spoken but their bodies and minds had an unspoken agreement.
As they got into the cabin, Adrian turned and stared straight in the eye. Before she could even decipher the look in his eyes, he pressed his lips to hers. The kiss wasn’t rough and punishing like the first, it was rather soft. Kristen could have called it uncharacteristic but she was enjoying the feeling way too much. He slowly nipped at her bottom lip and she opened up for him, giving his tongue entrance into her mouth. She all but melted into his embrace; she had been waiting for him to touch her since that morning.
She roamed her hand over his shirt, desperate for some flesh. The soft kiss had turned into something else, something animalistic. She wanted him as bad as he wanted her. His mouth left her lips to suck on her neck, dragging the soft flesh with his teeth, soothing it with his tongue. Her entire pussy was on fire. She could feel herself dripping on her panties.
Kristen didn’t even realize they were moving until her back hit a wall. Not thinking too much of it, she jumped on him and he caught her. She wrapped her legs around his waist to steady herself, bringing her dress around her waist. She had managed to get rid of his shirt and his lean physique was all for show. Adrian was not overly muscular, he didn’t have the biggest pectorals or rock hard abs, but his body was perfect in the best way. She ran her hands up down his chest, rubbing her thumb over his light brown nipples. She closed her eyes as she heard the low groan that rumbled from his chest.
She was about to reach up and kiss his neck when he suddenly stopped touching her. She could feel his change of mood as his body froze.
“What’s wrong?” Kristen asked, raising her hand to his cheek.
“This is wrong,” he said and Kristen felt like hitting his head, hard. He hadn’t even touched her where she needed him the most and he wanted to stop.
“It’s not wrong,” she said, tracing her hand down his chest.
“Kristen, I have no intentions of marrying you,” he said. Kristen would have to been of steel for the comment not to have hurt her. She had no plans of marrying Adrian, but having him say it, when she was still in his arms, was a huge blow to her ego.
“Well I don’t want to marry you either,” she managed to choke out.
“We are here for two weeks. We can have fun, no one will know. When we get back to New York, everyone can go their separate ways,” she said. She had mustered enough courage to continue her quest. She ran her hand slowly down his chest, scraping her finger lightly on his skin.
“We will be fine,” she said as she wrapped her hand around his hard dick. She smiled as he groaned into her neck. The next two weeks were going to be fun.
All of Kristen’s reasoning shut down the very minute Adrian pressed his lips on hers. The past two weeks had been horror for her. The fact that she had to work with him didn’t make her life any better. She had been sure that they had made the right decision when they left the island, but two weeks later she wasn’t so sure anymore.Kristen had always known what she wanted from a very young age. She knew right from when she was ten years old that she wanted to work in the business world. She then proceeded to spend her entire life working towards it. Kristen knew sooner or later she would get married, but on setting an eye on Adrian Tremont, she knew he was not the man for her. She wanted a gentleman that would adore her to bits, not an arrogant bastard that didn’t know how to keep his temper. It was clear to her that she didn’t want to marry him. For the first time in her life, she was torn.Kristen Lancaster had no idea what she was doing. She was thoroughly and utterly confused. All
Having Kristen that night was one of the very best encounters that Adrian could think of. It was hard to imagine that she was a virgin just a month back. She felt and acted like a pro.Adrian smiled as he remembered their discussion the next morning. He couldn’t believe his luck.“We really shouldn’t be doing this,” he had told her that morning. She was basically lying on top of him, her breasts on his chest, one of her legs across his. His hands were on her soft backside, smoothening over and massaging. It was safe to say it was not the time for such conversation.“Why the hell shouldn’t we?” She asked. Adrian had expected many things from her, but he didn’t expect that she was protesting so much and not so vehemently. She sounded so angry about the fact that he was pointing out how wrong having sex was for them. For some reason, that gave him joy.“Well for one our parents want us to get married and we don’t want to marry each other,” he pointed out. To be fair, he thought it was pr
Kristen had expected all hell to rise when Adrian caught them together, but she didn’t expect him to go straight to her father and tell him he had caught her and Adrian together. As expected her father freaked out and demanded that Adrian marry her. Adrian’s father acted the same way. He literally said his son must do the honorable thing by making her his wife. Kristen wondered if she travelled through time to the eighteen hundreds without being aware.Tommy had taken the big brother role in it and somehow given Adrian a black eye. Her mother was the calmest person in the midst of the storm. She acted as though she knew all that would happen and that it was simply part of some plan.Bea had been a perfect best friend, listening to all her woes, but she did say once that she was slightly jealous Kristen, getting married to such a fine specimen of man and all. Kristen just reminded her friend of how annoying Adrian was.Somehow, because she didn’t close the bloody door, Kristen was get
Kristen was married. She had no idea how to handle that information, or what exactly it meant for her. She didn’t feel any different from how she felt a few hours back. The only thing was the ring was weighing heavily on her finger, reminding her of the responsibilities that came with marriage. As she thought of it, she suddenly felt like crying. She was twenty-one; she would be twenty-two in four months time. She should not be passing through all of that stress, or any stress at all. She should be a college student that was only worried about school grades. She shouldn’t have to think about her husband, or worse children. The fact that she could actually have children scared her. And now, people expected her to have children as it was what married people did. Fitting Adrian’s dick in her hole was hard enough; she couldn’t imagine a baby’s head coming through that tiny hole. It scared the hell out of her that she could actually die in that process. Being a woman was hard. The thought
Adrian decided that marriage was hard. There was no sugar coating it. The dreaded prison called marriage was not for the faint hearted. On their wedding night, Kristen had informed him that they were not going to be having sex for the entirety of their marriage. Well she didn’t say that but he got her message loud and clear. Sex was the only upside to their farce marriage and Kristen had removed that option, showing him how crazy she was in the first place. The next morning, she exhibited another characteristic of crazy. Adrian did not forget that his brand new wife was a shitty cook. Even if he tried to, he could forget that she almost burnt down the cabin while they were on vacation. Adrian woke up that morning to the choking smell of smoke. He actually forgot that he had a brand new roommate and feared that he left something on the previous night, something that had inadvertently led to the fire. He rushed to the living room where he noticed the source of the fire. Kristen had the
Living with Kristen was hard enough, but he also had to work with her. Well he had to watch Tommy work with her. He has never and he wasn’t sure he would ever understand Kristen’s relationship with his annoying brother. Adrian and Tommy had been fighting for things since before they could talk. They fought for their parent’s attention, for their father’s acceptance, Adrian did not want to fight his younger brother for his wife. It was not just because of the fact that Tommy would win the fight hands down, it was also because he liked to think that he truly had Kristen that there was no need to fight. Whenever those thoughts crossed his mind, he remembered Tommy’s face when he found out that Kristen was sleeping with Adrian. He looked appalled, almost like someone that would have wanted Kristen to himself but she got snatched away. Then when he came just in time for the wedding, Tommy looked slightly disappointed. His brother would have married Kristen and had numerous amounts of bab
Marriage taught Kristen many things, one of those was the fact that she didn’t ever really like Tommy. When Tommy said he only loved her like a sister, she didn’t know what to feel. The only thing that had felt right was sadness and so she was sad. She was sad that she had sinful thoughts of him and he only looked at her a sister. She was sad that she had thoughts of cheating on her husband with his brother. It took her just that day to realize that she was only infatuated with the picture that Tommy presented. He was hot, nice and a perfect gentleman. She had crushed on him because of that. She had never been wildly attracted to him like she was to Adrian. Adrian was neither of those things, yet she couldn’t help her attraction to him.She had cried that day for the loss of a crush she could never have.Working with Tommy after then was just
The company’s gala collided with Adrian’s and Kristen’s two month marriage anniversary. Kristen would have never guessed that she would stay in marriage for so long. She figured her and Adrian would have killed each other by then. The past two months had been a ride. Since they fixed the Tommy issue, they were working on their marriage. They began to follow their original plan of making their marriage work, without sex. It was not easy, but she was beginning to get to know Adrian without jumping him. The past two weeks had not been too bad because the gala was approaching and she was overwhelmed with work, she barely had the time to sit, talk less of being horny. However, before the gala drew near, she discovered many things about Adrian, the more she knew him, the less he seemed like an arrogant bastard. He told her about his mom and funny stories about his childhood. He told her how close he was to her and how he only felt the entitlement of being the first child when she died. He
