The Threat

Adine hurriedly opened the door latch in one swift motion. After the door was wide open, she did not see who was standing in the doorway.

"What! What are you doing! Making a scene in the morning!" Adine snapped at the figure in front of her.

The figure in front of her just stood expressionlessly. Both eyebrows were raised high.

"Sorry, ma'am, I'm just delivering this, Mr. Dominik's order."

Willy's figure held up a brown paperbag with a distinctive aroma of food.

"Oohh...it's you, Willy, I'm sorry." Adine was instantly embarrassed.

"It's okey, ma'am," Willy said as he handed over the paperbag.

After accepting it, Adine closed the door. Behind the door, she sighed harshly.

"Why am I so angry?" Adine scratched her head that wasn't itchy.

"If he wants to be with any woman, that's his business," Adine muttered irritably. "But I'm his wife even if it's only on contract."
