“Let’s run away” he heard the little boy say as they both held each others hand

He looked back and saw his mother walking into the passage

“What are you both trying to do?” Run away?” She asked angrily as she rushed towards them and pulled him away from the boy.

“Julius!” He screamed as she dragged him along the passage

“Eden!” He screamed back as he tried to run after them

“Eden, wake up” he heard a voice in his head as he struggled to wake up from his sleep. A heavy slap landed on his cheek and he woke up and began to breathe heavily as he looked around the room.

He saw her face in the dim room and his nerves relaxed as he laid back on the bed and placed his head on the pillow.

“I'm sorry, you were hallucinating again” she apologized as she held his palms tenderly

He exhaled and shut his eyes for a moment. His whole body ached and he let out a groan as he felt the acrid pain from the wound in his tummy which had been bandaged.
