GARETH BLADE'S POV: I reached mansion before time as it wasn't time for dinner. I saw Sophia in the garden as she was alone indicating, she hadn't come yet. A frown captured my face as I called Knowles exiting the lift. "Where are you?" I asked Knowles as he assured me that everything was fine and Ava was inside the house with her aunt. Her uncle wasn't home and that was good sign as I sat on the couch sighing but there was a smile on my face. I was constantly smiling since I had decided about myself. Even the members in the meeting were giving me weird looks seeing me working fast and concluding the meeting as soon as possible. I tried my best to purse my lips in a thin line to stop me from smiling like a maniac.

Everything was packed as she was checking one last time before letting the guards to take the suitcases away. She didn't see Gareth after he stormed out of the room like he had something urgent to do. She also had so much work to do that she was glad he gave her time to complete her assignments before going on a trip. Now she could go without any burden. The smile wasn't leaving her face as his words from last night kept ringing in her mind. He admitted he loved her as she wanted to give him a hard time but she gave in. The warm breeze was flowing as she was taking pictures of the roads guided by palm trees. Gareth kept stealing glances at her as her enthusiastic state was making him feel surreal—a rare thing for him. They reached the rest house beside the beach as it was beautifully built with a vintage look from outside. Ava face was awestruck seeing the small but welcoming restroom. There was an open kitchen in the lounge as the vast corridor was leading to the various rooms. The guards that received them at the airport placed their luggage in the master bedroom as Ava followed them. There was a glass wall opposite to the bed showing the waves of the sea dancing rhythmically with warm breeze flowing. He came back as he sent the guard to bring something clean and hygienic from the fancy restaurants nearby. He neglected the idea of stalls. He opened his emails to divert his attention as it worked. There were several emails from Emir too saying that he had opened Zyair's laptop for the plan. His laptop and phone was in the locker along with other things as these were about to send to Mia. She deserved everything he owned but she didn't ask for anything in return. She left the town as she didn't want to give birth to Zyair's baby here among these dangerous people. Again his mind for drifted towards them as before the thoughts could go deep the guard came with two burritos as they were from a fancy restaurant but were easy to deceive Ava into saying them from stalls.

"How do you know men come closer like this?" He asked as she gulped. She had to negotiate the matters to get out of his hold. Her heart was readily pumping inside her chest and so was her body for him but her mind was denying or it was the shy girl inside her keeping her away from letting him complete his game. "I r-read a n-novel." She told as he shook his head in amazement. "Did that man you read about was good or bad? Should they have to do this act you read from the novel repeatedly?" He teased as he caressed her button nose with his. "They were heroes. L-let me go now." She turned crimson as obviously the heroes had to do this. The story would be incomplete without that but she couldn't confess that to him.

The moment the first golden shimmering rays of the sun hit the land illuminating every other thing in it's way it sent the message to the world of the beginning of the new day. The birds came out of their nest to strive for the food written in their fate for this day as the female birds stayed in their nests to take care of her small ones. She was their mentor to teach them how to fly and to put food inside their mouth. They were young and small and needed their mother all the time with them. The crowd was shimmering in the lights of the flashes. Photographers were scattered to capture every moment of the inauguration. Ava was sitting with wives of renowned businessmen as she was feeling left out. It's almost an hour since they had reached the ceremony as she sat down with some of the ladies as her feet were hurting. Gareth introduced her to few people and then went away as these ceremonies were for making money and gaining power according to him. She knew he must be looking at her from the room where he had disappeared. After the last times incident he was careful but still left her to stay among the women. He didn't want her to get bored with him doing his business talks.
DEMON'S FALLACY FORTY
His face was ashen as soon as he reached the beach. There was a crowd of people who were everywhere making incoherent noises. They were screaming for help. "...a girl is drowning..." "...she will die..." "...she was wearing a silver gown..." People were screaming as Gareth felt his steps heavy but he still ran penetrating through the crowd. Seconds felt like hours as his guards reached him in no time but he wasn't looking anywhere but the path from where these people were screaming. He pushed the man standing in the way as he reached the edge only to find darkness in there. He couldn't see anything as the sea was flowing deep.
