CHAPTER FORTY-FOUR.

The church bell rang thrice, it was his turn. He rose from his seat when the church bell rang and started making his way to the wooden, brown colored confession box. He could feel the large number of eyes staring at him and he was sure they were wondering what crime a priest was going to confess. He was sure they were wondering if a priest was even supposed to confess? But he did not bother looking back at the people whom their gaze were on him, his gaze was far ahead.

He wasn't in his priestly attire. He was wearing a blue jean trouser and a large white shirt. He got to the confession box and slowly, he went inside. The priest listening to the confessions could not hide his shock when he saw who entered his confession box next, he saw it but he did not care. He wanted go get things over and done with.

When he had comfortably sat down, he broke the silence.

"Forgive me, father. For I have sinned." He said, breaking the silence.

"Confess your sins, my child." The priest listening to
