~~~~NARRATOR'S POV~~~~A month had passed by since their second kiss. After the second kiss, the duo had agreed to be in a secret relationship. Bruno was still in the priesthood and he did not want to tarnish the image of priests. He had decided that he was going to leave the priesthood after some time and focus on his girlfriend and building a family with her. Sarah was aware of this secret relationship, even though she was in no support of it. Her being against the relationship between Delores and Bruno wasn't born out of jealousy or bitterness, in fact, she wanted her friend to be happy with the man. Sarah was just against a priest dating, she thought it a betrayal to the priesthood and one thing she did not support was betrayal. The church bell rang thrice, it was his turn. He rose from his seat when the church bell rang and started making his way to the wooden, brown colored confession box. He could feel the large number of eyes staring at him and he was sure they were wondering what crime a priest was going to confess. He was sure they were wondering if a priest was even supposed to confess? But he did not bother looking back at the people whom their gaze were on him, his gaze was far ahead. He wasn't in his priestly attire. He was wearing a blue jean trouser and a large white shirt. He got to the confession box and slowly, he went inside. The priest listening to the confessions could not hide his shock when he saw who entered his confession box next, he saw it but he did not care. He wanted go get things over and done with. She sat in the car, wondering what was taking the man so long. She knew nothing about priesthood resignation but she was worried, maybe it was just her being afraid.
