Daniel barged into his office with the same amount of force that would bring down a grown man in a boxing ring.

He could smell that there was something fishy in the air but he just couldn’t guess what it was.

Rose was hiding something, that much was clear. It didn’t matter how innocent she thought she looked, he could feel it in his bones that there was something she was doing her best to cover, the problem was that he didn’t know what.

He let out a frustrated sound from the back of his throat. He knew he wasn’t crazy and he knew he should watch the footage but he felt that there wasn’t going to be anything concrete there for him to find.

Rose had been a little too nonchalant about letting him check the footage.

Whatever she was hiding, she had probably gotten rid of it, so he knew that was a complete waste of the time.
