Quinn POV I walked into my grandfather’s hospital room as I had many times before. Only this time, was different. It was the first time since I had learned the truth about myself and after I had received my necklace. I absentmindedly rubbed the sapphire as I walked closer. My grandfather had his own room. He lay propped up with wires and tubes coming off of him. He looked more fragile than the last time I had visited. His once black hair was now peppered with silver.
