Ambrose took giant leaps that it was almost impossible for my sluggish ass to catch up to him. My head seemed to spin for a while as I tried walking at a faster pace. I saw him enter the front door of the house. By the time I got inside, I can’t see a sign of Ambrose anywhere because there are so many drunk people blocking the way. I don’t know if I was just so focused on following Ambrose that my ears aren’t cooperating with the reality of the noise inside the house.
