Dani POV

“Oh boy.” i muttered to myself as i stepped out of the car, closing the doors behind me, i tucked my hands behind me and stared at Juliet who was staring at something over my shoulders. Hearing the car door close i put it together that she was looking at Robert who was now standing beside me with his hands shoved in his pocket.

Juliet in her robe and heels walked off the stairs towards us- specifically Robert and stopped in front of him.

“You’re a king?” she asked with her fake smile as her eyes roamed over Robert who didn't seem bothered by her gaze. “You do have his striking eyes and hair, you’re Zach’s son?”

“Yes, i am and you’re the one who wanted Danielle to walk all the way from the gates to the main house.” Robert said curtly and even though it was subtle, it was there, Juliet's brows ticked in annoyance.

“It was all a misunderstanding- i’m sure you’re aware of how people can be sometimes, especially with people like us.” she said with her lips spread and her white tee
