Chapter 37

Vivian put down her cell phone and groaned softly, she lay on the bed as she stared at the ceiling, drawing a sharp breath.

She was staring at a little round design in the ceiling, her mind blank. Marcus has gone to work earlier this morning and she was all alone at home.

She has called him but they seemed to be very busy at work, he answered her call but had to say goodbye in less than three minutes.

"It's so boring here." She sighed, turning her eyes to the window, it was sunny outside. "This should be a good day to go on an ice cream date... but..." She pouts her lips, Marcus wasn't here.

She signed, her world has been centered on Marcus that she left no room for friends, she didn't have any female friends, and her college friends didn't like her much because she doesn't like any of them.

She never held a conversation with them, she didn't play with them, she never tried associating with them, her only friend was Marcus, wherever he went, there she goes, she just loved being around
