"You don't have to be this professional with me, Arraf. I know you're pushing yourself," Camilla interrupted with tears in her eyes. "Because so am I!"

Arraf just looked down. "You're right. Just by looking at your face, I thought of Aruna. This is very hard for both of us. I thought I had let Aruna go but it wasn't that easy when I saw you coming."

Camilla clucked in annoyance. "How can you be my psychologist? Did Dr. Hannah do it on purpose? Didn't you look at my bio resume first before accepting a patient? You should have rejected me, why did you accept me as your counseling patient!" she asked.

Dr. Arraf just shook his head. "I took an oath to be professional and loyal to my profession when I graduated as a psychologist, Camilla. I will not refuse any patient referred to me," he said.

Camilla could only sigh. "Aren't you angry with me? You should hate me."

"Yes, I hate you, but as Aruna's brother, not as Dr Arraf," Arraf insisted.
