When Addison gets to the desk she notices a brand new computer sitting there. A newer model than everyone else’s computers.

Nathaniel is standing off to the side, talking to Paisely and looking over in Addison’s direction every now and then.

Suddenly a hand taps Addison on the shoulder and Javan pops into view with a small smile.

“It has a clear lid that you can lock.” He says as he brings the casing over the computer’s screen and locks it with a small key that he then places into Addison’s hand. “I’m sorry.” He says softly and she nods.

“I know. It’s okay.” Addison replies just as softly and Javan’s face lights up in the bright smile that she really likes seeing.

The kind of smile that makes her forget that almost everyone in the room is hoping for her downfall. The kind of smile that makes her daydreams suddenly pale in comparison to what she’s experiencing.
