CHAPTER SEVENTY-SIX

Robin

IT WAS SAFE to say that after Rudolph's explanation, even the birds and nearby animals fled for safety from Robin's wrath. 

Even the grasses were not spared as a ginormous light ball was now burning in the middle of the clearing, courtesy of the enraged Fay Prince.  

"I can not believe you left her there alone with that monster! Who knows what he is doing to her at this moment!" Robin raged.

Rudolph shot him a regretful yet angry look. "You think I do not know that? I have been beating myself up over it every second since then, but what could I have done? 

"They threatened to kill Lacey and me, and still keep Ana if we did not comply. Ana chose to make the ultimate sacrifice once again. 

"I did not even get the chance to see her... to at least try and change her mind before we were kicked out of the Capital."
