54. Our Third Night

Tallulah's POV

“We can't… we shouldn't.” I muttered.

His eyes which fell to my mouth, grew dim at my words. But he proceeded in his advances anyway.

He leaned in a slow, precise pace with eyes still locked with mine. The intensity of his eyes mixed with the warmth between us wrapped around me, forcing my eyes shut as the inches between our faces thinned out.

“Why not?” He whispered.

My entire body shivered with a feeling of giddiness when his nose touched chin, his skin brushing against mine. The movements of his breaths against my chin had me sensing where his face was even with my bleak vision.

He was searching for my lips, and when he did, he went right for them. His soft lips slowly crashed against mine, and at the same time, I felt his hand leave the sink, his fingers curling around my waist. My clothes were quite tight so it was easy for him to feel every curve as he grabbed me gently.
