Chapter 30 A True Dilema

"Where are Sophia and Anthony?" Phil asked curiously and Faelon muttered bitterly that they were bonding. Sophia was listening to Anthony apologize for manhandling her and hadn't seen Faelon watching through the bedroom.

"I don't like it when the left hand is alone with you," he growled roughly. Sophia crossed her arms and bit her bottom lip as she looked at the strange-behaving man.

"I don't have any other clothing but once I'm able to I will be sure to return everything that you purchased for me," she said briskly. Anthony sighed and shook his head.

"It has nothing to do about the clothing, Sophia. It was seeing you and him so close the light was blinding…do you love Faelon?" He asked bluntly, placing his hand on her shoulder. Sophia was startled. She lowered her eyes from his as she smiled.

"I feel close to him and I think about him a lot," she admitted. Anthony frowned and turned out toward the ocean.
