Imeela’s head was laying on my chest as my fingers skimmed her spine. I had never felt as complete in my life as I did with our bond being whole.

Even Zeus was completely at ease. He had been more than thrilled that she wanted him too, and he was able to experience being with his mate even if it was in my body. It was how things worked with human mates. Imeela could not give Zeus a wolf mate like Ziyah could for Byron, but he understood that and did not care one bit.

However, she had proposed an idea to him. She could bite his marking spot while he was in wolf form, and he could also mark her. That way the bond between them could solidify as well. He had been hesitant to do that because he was afraid to harm her. She had told him to trust her and trust himself. Guess what? It worked.
