Chloe's world began to blur, the harsh reality of her situation dissolving into a hazy fog. The last thing she saw was Elizabeth’s face, etched with a complex mix of emotions. Then, darkness.

Jeffrey paced around a room filled with computers and men. Each man had a chair, desk, and computer in front of him, except for Richard.

All hands were on deck, trying to find Chloe.

Jeffrey was already losing his mind; he'd taken a flight back immediately. The CCTV around the park had been destroyed, and there were no leads to his wife.

They were still trying to get to the exact location of her phone, but the signal kept changing. It seemed like she was being transported.

Just then, his phone rang.

“We've checked every inch of the park and its surroundings, but there's no trace of her.”

Jeffrey grinded his teeth as a gush of anxiety coursed through him.
