**THIRD PERSON**

Helen walked towards the door and opened it slightly, her body occupying the narrow space.

“Good morning, ma'am,” Mary's voice greeted from outside.

“Mary,” Helen echoed, her voice sounding noticeably relaxed. She was thankful that it wasn't Jeff. “Any problem?” She inquired.

“Master Jeff had called. He said he couldn't get through to his wife and that he called you, but...”

“Thank you, Mary,” Helen interrupted. “I've spoken to Jeff now.”

“That'll be all for now,” Helen added when she noticed that Mary was still standing there.

Mary likely waited for news of Chloe, if Helen had any.

“Yes, ma'am,” Mary replied curtly, and she left.

Helen sighed in relief as she shut the door. Then she turned to Richard. "Please, you should leave.”

Richard frowned. “Yeah, sure. Just call me the next time you get horny,” he muttered, pain evident in his voice.
