PDES - Post Dimitri Encounter Stress

I was in a dark room, but I felt like I was not alone. The room was pitched black so I could not see anything through the darkness that consumed me, but I felt the presence of something…or someone behind me. I closed my eyes for a second to regain control of my nerves. My anxiety increased overwhelmingly, and I felt myself shaking. I figured that I should try to get out of the room, but for some reason my feet felt heavy. 

All of a sudden, I heard footsteps behind me followed by heavy breathing. I tried to run but I could not. It is like I had forgotten how to move my body. Suddenly a hand grabs me and yanks my body to the floor. As I was falling onto the floor, I closed my eyes as I anticipated the impact. My free hand was flailing and grasping at air because I was desperately trying to find something to grasp onto to brace my fall. 

Unfortunately, there was nothing to hold onto. I felt my body falling
