Daisy had fallen asleep against me. I carried her out in my arms, refusing to let go of her even once we got home. I climbed into bed with her in my arms and fell asleep almost instantly. I didn’t realise how much better I slept with her next to me.

Waking up I smile down at her as she stays wrapped around my body, we need to get cleaned up, and the bedding.
