Ever since the kiss in the gym house, Xavier has been all touchy. He tries to touch me at any given opportunity. On the dining table, he places his hand periodically, his fingers deliberately brushing mine, In the kitchen, while preparing breakfast or dinner, he walks in sneakily to give me a back hug, whenever I’m putting McKenzie to sleep, he’s always beside me, his hand either across my shoulder or hanging on my waist.

Despite having tried to push him away anytime he makes little body contact, I can’t deny that I love his warmth, that his attention is welcoming, and that I wish things weren’t so complicated with us.
