Watching the busy streets while I mulled over what happened three hours ago did nothing to improve my sour mood. The cool breeze from the rooftop and the marijuana cigar did nothing to soothe me in any way.

Lucas observed from the sideline in silence. The whisky bottle that I am literally sharing with him hung loosely in his hand. He so much wants to remind me how he warned me not to go ahead with that plan but then he is wiser than that.

Any wrong move from him can make me transfer my anger to him which definitely will not end in his favor.

Sighing loudly, Lucas joined me to watch the view of the city. “How about we hit the ring? I’ll be your opponent.” No other man round me can match my energy when I’m boxing with fury; I am capable of hitting a man to death with my fist, but Lucas is an exception; he always matches my energy.
