Dinner

Salvatore's POV

Soon, I had Sofia come down for dinner. If the CCTV camera was to be placed in hidden corners of her room, she can't be there. The best way to distract her is to have her come down for dinner.

Looking at her and Enzo, I can't tell who's happier about being downstairs. Enzo has the liberty to come downstairs anytime he likes, but it was like freeing Sofia was freeing him as well.

Since they both sat down to eat, they have been talking to each other, ignoring my presence as if I'm not there with them. Enzo kept speaking like, I don't think I have seen him speak that much and have been this happy before.

“Today's episode was even more interesting than yesterday's own. I wonder why it ended there, I almost screamed at the TV” Sofia said with a giggle while Enzo laughed out loud too.

“I told you the cartoon is very interesting" he licked his lips while Sofia served more food for him.

The way she acted towards him, I could only describe her as a caring mother to her child.
