Hilda burst into the room, her heart pounding like a drum. Fortunately, the room was somewhat shielded from the bustling party, and the commotion didn't attract too much attention.

"Boma!" Hilda exclaimed, dashing towards her best friend, her voice filled with a powerful blend of relief and indignation.

Boma's eyes widened in surprise, and for a moment, she was rendered speechless. Then, realization washed over her, and she rushed into Hilda's arms, her eyes brimming with tears. "Hilda, thank goodness you're here!"

But Hilda, torn between love and anger, pushed Boma away with a sharp, intense gaze. "Thank goodness? After your recklessness, Boma?" Her voice trembled with emotion. "You humiliated me in front of everyone, effectively cutting me out of your life just minutes ago. I left because I couldn't bear to watch you self-destruct. But I had this nagging feeling that you'd be in trouble, and here you are, deep in it!"
