I unlocked the door and heaved a heavy sigh before walking in. I was nervous today and that was because Henry was ignoring me for three whole days. We couldn't even be in a room together.

The awkwardness was so heavy that Henry even stopped having dinner with us and he wouldn't be home when I came down for breakfast. I felt frustrated. It was like all the effort and progress came crashing down and I had no idea how to fix it.

Closing the door behind me, I walked up to my room and put my things on my bed. I left work early since my supervisor had a personal event to attend to. On any other day, I would be grateful for the free time but today, not so much.

I got my towel from my closet and went to the bathroom. Entering the small room, I was met by my reflection across from me and memories of that night flooded my mind. I remembered it so clearly and the memory couldn't get out of my head.
