High Demands

By the time Debby’s husband finally found the time to see her, she had been in the hospital for two days straight. And then he had to come and anger her instead of taking care of her worries.

“I’m going to launch an investigation on this matter and make it public if you don’t believe that your children had a hand in what happened to me,” Debby swore.

The area around her eyes was swollen coupled with a few purplish bruises on her cheek and around her neck.

The hospital gown she was putting on covered the remaining part of her body so if there were other injuries, it wouldn’t be known, well except for an arm that was hanging in a sling.

Apparently, she had a broken arm that had to be put in a cast.

“You can’t do that! I’m not going to let you do that,” he insisted. “I already told you that I was going to take care of the matter yet, you are still making a fuss about it.”

“You told me that I didn’t have any evidence against your children, so I’m doing the exact you want from me.
