RYLAN'S POV

I FINISHED my little surprise for him earlier. I noticed that he immediately returned to his office.

"Is there a problem Ry? Come sit here first," he offered.

"Ah, not anymore. I was just going to ask how you are feeling, are you really okay? Why are you working right now?" I ask, because I'm ashamed to say my true purpose on coming here.

"Don't worry, my Ry. I'm feeling fine, and besides, I'm not working, I'm just doing something."

I nodded but still didn't leave his presence so he looked at me again.

"Do you need anything else?"

"Ah, what...can I borrow your cell phone, I want to call mom," I said while scratching my head in shame.

"Is that all? There is no problem with me. I thought you would ask for a kiss again," he added jokingly while smiling.

My face turned red because of what he said, instead of hitting him, I quickly took the cellphone he was handing. When I got out of his office, I could still hear his loud laughter.
