Chap 21

RYLAN'S POV

Dylan and I left the house early so we wouldn't spend the night on the road. A strong wind was hitting my face as I looked out the window of the car we were riding in. The scenery and places we were passing through were beautiful.

"Ry, go to sleep first, we still have a long journey."

"How about you Dylan?" I asked him back, knowing he would be tired from the long drive.

"I'm fine. Do you want me to sleep too? Who's going to drive?" he will tease me even more.

'I can't, Dylan. Your hopeless' I just shook my head because of what he said.

After a few hours of sleep I woke up to a soft pat on my cheek and something soft still touching it.

"Ry, wake up."

"Dylan, where are we?" I yawned before facing him properly.

"Still here in the car."

I just frowned at him. Didn't he want to answer seriously? I would have ignored him if he hadn't offered me lunch. Because we had a packed lunch that I cooked before leaving, we had no problem even if there was no restaurant on our way
