Saying nothing

Eve was at the bar, she didn’t know which bar was this, she told the cab man to take her to any good place and she would get good drinks there and this was where he took her. More of a stripper club.

Her head went down, she drank slowly from the bottle. She had called Wesley over to have a drink with her. She was probably drunk when she called him, she won’t call him in her right sense.

“What a surprise.” He pulled out the chair and sat down. “...I didn’t expect you to call me for a drink. Now I get why you did, you’re drunk.” He poured himself a glass.

There were five bottles on the table and two of it was empty.

“You came late.” She huffed and stared at him.

“I work you know.” He had to hurry up with his work and rush down to meet her she should be grateful for that.

“Since when did you go to work, you only work when you deemed fit.”

“I’m not that anymore. I’ve changed now.”

She scoffed at him. And poured more wine into his glass and hers.
