Brandon watched Emma with a smile as she wrapped the blanket around her. It wasn't the first time they shared the same bed but it was the first time he had the privilege of watching her. For all her perfections, Emma drooled while she slept. He should be irritated but it made him like her more. When they were in the university and even when they were sleeping with each other, he had thought she was perfect. Too perfect but with every waking moment in her presence, he noticed that there was no way she could be perfect. And that perhaps it was his jealousy speaking during those times. Her life, which he had thought was extremely easy, was not easy at all and he admired her for still being able to stand unshaken after everything that had happened to her.

He watched her as she blinked her eyes open and his heartbeat surged when she gave him a smile.

"Good morning."

Brandon swallowed. It was definitely a good morning. "Emma, I'm going to kiss you now."

Emma frowned. Where had th
