Chapter 53: Rhythmic Knitting

"Yennifer, my dear, you seem troubled. What's the matter?" Nonna asked, her voice laced with concern.

I took a deep breath, steeling myself to reveal the unsettling news. "Nonna, while I was at the market today, I met one of the palace servant and she told me that Henry was missing"

Nonna's hands stopped their rhythmic knitting, and she looked at me intently. "Tell me everything, child. Spare no detail."

I recounted the fragments of conversation I had overheard. Nonna listened intently, her expression growing graver with each passing word. When I finished, a heavy silence hung in the air.

Suddenly, Nonna rose from her chair, her eyes filled with determination. "Yennifer, you have to return"

I nodded in agreement, my heart pounding with a mix of anxiety and resolve. But then, a pang of sadness washed over me. "Nonna, I... I cannot go with you. I cannot risk Harry's safety."
