I stood outside the grand doors of the Alpha King's chambers, my heart racing with a mix of fear and anticipation. I had been summoned by the evil Morticia herself and the latter had been fuming as she did so. It had made me more confused, and I couldn't deny the shivers of dread that coursed through me, but there was something different this time, something that sent both fear and excitement coursing through my veins. I hurried to his chambers, not wanting to incur his wrath with the excuse of being late.
