The week passed by in a blur and for the first time in a long time, she felt herself relax, even at work. She arrived early, opened the building herself and made herself some coffee for the first time in forever. She took stress away from her employees, and felt a good nature come over her, she decided to shift hours a little bit. She shocked everyone with new work hours. She gave everyone the option of a one-hour lunch break or standard thirty minutes plus, two fifteen-minute stress breaks. New end times were posted in the community lounge.

Workday would end at 3 pm. Giving people ample time to finish their day and return home to their families rather than working until 6 pm. Velaria also put into place new raises at the beginning of the year
