"That’s absurd. How long will they keep me here?”

"At least you’re not in a cell, Alec.”

Alec was walking around, his nervousness exhaling through his pores. If Blake saw him like that, he’d say he was waving a flag.

"Sit here." Samuel pulls the empty chair next to him. "Stop getting agitated. It will look guilty.”
