Chapter 26.5: Psionic Energy Part 1

Psionic energy is the primordial energy of the universe but unlike other forms of energy, psionic energy cannot be used except to create or change form.

On its own, psionic energy cannot be used to power a car but with the right tools or power, it can be turned into an enormous amount of electric energy that can move the car. Psionic energy can be turned into any type of energy with a high exchange ratio. 

Everything in the universe, whether it be the light from the sun to the very thoughts of each and every single human, was once psionic energy. 

On Earth, psionic energy was suppressed due to unknown reasons and wasn’t discovered until humanity’s encounter with an entity called the voice.
