I immediately hugged myself, making sure to get my arms around my dress, which had already separated from the straps around my shoulders, revealing my bra and stomach so that I might as well expose myself in front of the other women.

Feelings of embarrassment and shock all rolled into one. I had no idea what I was in for. I hadn't even done anything but stand up from my seat. There were no sharp objects around me, which was the main cause of my dress ending up like this when it was fine before.
