The Fletcher family garden....

"Hey, Carver! You're here!"

Carver felt his pulse so fast, a pair of smooth white palms pressed against his face and covered his eyes.

'Could this be mother-in-law? But . . . he's in the room with Mr. Edward,' thought Carver, swallowing hard.

Fear came back to haunt him when he remembered how wildly his mother-in-law wanted to make love to him.

But Carver knew it wasn't Sophie's voice.

"Hey, what's wrong with you?" That woman is Violeth.

Carver took a deep breath and let it out slowly because he was relieved the woman holding him wasn't Sophie, but Violeth.

Carver shifted in his chair with his eyes fixed on Violeth's reflection in the pool water.

"Violeth, where have you been? Did you go out with your friends?" Carver looked at Violeth who let go of his arms and sat beside him.

"Mmm... I was just going out for a bit to get some fresh air." Violet lied.

"Hmm, what's wrong with you? Aren't you jealous if I date a handsome man?" Violeth squinted into C
