Faye's
POVFriday came faster then I had anticipated, but I still made no decision to go back to school after what happened. It's not because of the reason that I'm scared or anything, no, I feel like not going to school because I'm not ready to go back there as the old Faye. The one who will always choose to see past the damage and accept everything that has been happening around me as if it doesn't feel wrong at all. When I decide to step foot back on Pendleton high grounds, it's not going to be the old Faye anymore. It's going to be the real Faye, the one whose been holding back all this time, being trapped under the fake good girl facade for years.
Not anymore. I'mma be real this time and show them who I really am.

Faye'sPOVThe next morning, I was surprised that my father had asked to see me in his study. Knowing that he hardly asked to see any of us here at home except at dinner times or most days, this must be important.
