Amelia's Pov

I woke up in a beautiful strange room with a young female doctor attending to me.

Where was I? I wondered as I sat up staring around.

My mind went back to the doctor as I gasped in shock, I had passed out earlier and now a doctor was attending to me.

I didn't want them to find out I was pregnant, it was an abomination and I would be putting my life and that of my child at risk.

"Excuse me miss," I immediately said, trying my best to sound calm, "have you discovered anything unusual in my tests?"

The lady looked confused and said, "Well, actually, we were just about to check for pregnancy. Is there something you'd like to tell me?"

I immediately panicked. "No, no, I'm fine. You don't need to check for that."

The doctor looked at me with concern. "Are you sure? We must know your full medical history to provide the best care for you."
