It's been five years since the chaotic incident here in LA involving Evan, Cushe, and the Ferrer family. Jessica is already locked up in a mental hospital but Jonathan and his family are still not over losing Gertrude and Jasmine. Jonathan was never involved with any sort of women and he became a woman hater and workaholic.

No one can stop him from doing that even his family. That's the only thing he thinks he can cope with losing the people he loves dearly.

Both families were busy working their asses to move on but honestly, no one has really moved on. They were just covering their pain and hiding how are they living the days passing by.
