Drex storm out of the Daily newspaper building in so much haste. He has to get to the bottom of this all. The only thing still keeping his sanity intact was that he has not felt any pain anywhere on his body, which indicates that Ava could be in danger.

He went straight to the parking lot. There, he met Tyler leaning on the car.

Tyler straightened up the moment he saw his boss approaching with a stone-cold face. He needs no one to tell him that all was not or did not go well in the office.

He waited expectantly.

"Where is he?" Drex demands at once when he got to the car.

Tyler moved quickly to the back and lifted the booth to reveal a struggling battered man, lying squeezed inside. His face unmasked, mouth painfully sealed.

He had his hands bound strongly behind, and his legs too were tied up.

On seeing them, he began to make a muffled sound.

His eyes widened in fear as he sighted Drex.

"You will tell me all I want to know or you are dead" Drex stated.
