Chapter Thirteen

The once bustling streets of Omaha were now ghostly silent, save for the occasional howl that pierced through the night. The werewolf rampage had thrown Omaha into chaos and despair.

Families huddled together in fear, desperately seeking refuge and safety. Some managed to flee to neighboring towns and cities, hoping to find solace in unfamiliar territories. Others, however, were left behind, unable to escape due to various circumstances.

Those who were left behind looked for the best hideout they could get and took refuge in them. As it is, there were now several hideouts in Omaha with each of them containing groups of people. Due to this, the killings were reduced.

But once in a while, hideouts were discovered by these hungry and roaming werewolves and when this happens, the humans were either killed or turned into werewolves and those who manage to escape from the werewolves ran for their dear lives until they discover another place to hide.
