Jaylyn and Jean had an EARLY meeting that morning. They talked to Taiwanese clients for a possible investment in the bakery owned by her friend Jean. Jaylyn is the one she trusts the most out of all her employees because apart from being friends, she also has a few shares in her company.

They held the meeting at the main branch of Jean's bakery. It was in an area not far from the Baywalk. It can be said that it is strong because they are looking for investors for expansion and they also have many branches.

After the meeting, the two of them will continue to their main office on Boulevard. But when Jaylyn asked her friend, she refused.

"You go first," Jean pushed her away.

"Why? Where are you going?" she asked her friend

"Walking around," she answered.

Jaylyn just let Jean go. It has really become a habit to walk along the side of the Baywalk whenever there is a chance. She left her the car key.

She takes care of her friend's car. She picks up Jean and drops her off at home on her dail
