After spending the night sobbing the girls sitting with me in silent company I wake at ten my eyes feel puffy and red I don’t think I have a single tear left in my body after the amount of tears I shed last night. Colton walks away and leaves me with my emotions to get into the other limousine. I plaster on a smile and step into the limousine I notice the wine and without hesitation I pour myself a glass and down it in one mouthful then quickly pour myself another. Delilah, Marisha, Alvin and I make our way back inside the first place we head to is the open bar I take the whole bottle of wine and don’t worry about the glass as I swig straight from the bottle the recent events playing over and over in my head I try to forget Colton rejecting his fated mate but can’t escape it I’ve now polished off the whole bottle and decide I should probably find Colton so we can have a talk. One of alpha Charles guards walks into my cell he unzips the back of my dress I’m facing Chase I can see him struggling with another male putting his hands on me but I give him a look of confidence a silent understanding between us both knowing we can’t let in that we are mates or things could get a whole lot worse if we can be used against the other for alpha Charles gain. I wake in the morning to the sound of bars clanging two guards are taking Marina out of my cell back to her cell next to mine. They also have a silver meal cart coming through the cells pushing trays through the gap in the cells solely for that purpose. To my surprise it’s a decent breakfast of bacon eggs and toast it all seems warm and fresh. The minds cogs were turning a million questions running through my mind.
