Chapter 2~Our Destiny~

I rolled his eyes, "...Laugh all you want it's true" She couldn't breathe after laughing so hard her back looked like it hurt a bit, Just then the nurse came by and saw her laughing so hard and asked, "What's so funny dear?"

Shit, she isn't supposed to know since she's human.

"I was just telling her a joke to cheer her up ma'am"

Elizabeth saw my expression and said "Why did the chicken cross the road? to get to the other side duh!" She laughed and the teacher laughs "Ah yes an oldie but still funny" after she left Elizabeth looked at me "You can explain over text after school, and I mean explain everything! Once the nurse left I said that not everything could be explained over some phone so Elizabeth sighed and listened. "It all started years ago

An angel and demon fell in love after meeting each other by accident at the borders. At first, the angel was hostile towards the demon that simply asked who she was he did not raise his sword or his shield, but the angel did, she tried to fight the demon at first but all he did was block it every time he made sure he did not hurt her because he did not want to.

After a couple of hours, the angel grew tired and just gave up "who are you and why are you here!?" She finally said, but the demon only said "I was curious about the angels' side and didn't mean to intrude" after he explained he said he would leave, and the angel felt bad. Before the demon left the angel said that it would be ok if he came here to look but only at the rise of the moon, for that was her guarding hours, he was excited and thanked her being careful not to touch her for it wouldn't end well

They saw each other every night and soon the angel realized she was falling in love and so was the demon, but shortly after a demon saw what was happening and soon grew angry and told the devil himself. He too was angry so angry that he said if they love each other so much that they break the rules fine then I shall cast a curse on them and make sure the angel gets too by telling the angel queen.

What's the queen was told of this secret love she was also furious and said she'll work together with the Devil only once and they put a curse on the both of them. They always felt very cold or hot and too close to each other but would also be in grave pain went too far from each other and that once they die their souls will keep going into others' bodies forever making their love unbearable and painful. Once they knew about this curse, they wherein happy but after a while the curse took effect and the two lovers soon started to fight. The ground and the sky started a war against each other, Angels and devils just grew angry, so they went to war.

After years of fighting the two lovers realize what they had done, they had done exactly what the two rulers wanted them to do so to make sure it didn't happen again they killed each other thinking that it would end the curse and not let any others suffer the war ended after that and both rulers where over throne this did not mean that angels and devils didn't still hate each other it just meant that there would be no more bloodshed Little did the two lovers know, that their curse was still active and after 5,000 years the souls went into a young boy and a young girl." 

Elizabeth's P.O.V

I dropped my jaw am stared "you think I'll believe that!?" He sighed and was about to say something else until the teacher pulled the curtains back and said," you missed one part of where some angels will either be trying to kill the demon or some demons will try to kill the angel just to make sure one of them has one of these powerful cursed rulers, and that will be the devils!!" The nurse then lunged at me and tried to stab me with her now long demon claws I thought to myself-"Am I going to die? I'm still pretty young, and I haven't had my first kiss yet. Sean! Sean would be left alone with that witch! Please anyone, some, Damien... Save me

Just then Damien pulled me towards him quickly and got me up fast, I got a small scratch though which didn't help me walk or run. The nurse was quick to recover and tried grabbing me again, the nurse now had long Bone-like wings that were sharp at the tips.

Damien got me out of the way again and knew we couldn't fight so he tried helping me run but I kept falling. The nurse was recovering and about to lounge again, Damien quickly picked me up bridal style and ran as fast as he could out into the hallway. As he ran I was blushing and just glaring at Damien but I didn't struggle knowing better than to do that. I noticed that everything was grey, "what's wrong with the halls?" Damien didn't stop running but looked around a bit "she must not want to get caught and froze time."

"She can do that!!? Why aren't we frozen?" Damien inhaled still running then breathed out a light sigh. "Because we aren't humans remember?"
