Chapter 36

Andrew's POV

The slight ray of sunshine peeking through my window was what woke me up, I checked my time to see it's slightly past seven and we don't go for training until ten or eleven, which means I still have time to sleep. And off I went.

The sound of something or someone crashing was what startled me awake. The sky is brighter now, so I rushed out of my bedroom to see one of the maids struggling to get on her feet. “What are you doing?”

My voice startled her as she jumped and fell down again, this time there was a crack and she winch. “Good morning sir, I was —- trying to clean the hallway but I thought I saw something and it —-.” She was breathing heavily. I waited patiently for her to continue her explanation. “It scares the hell out of me and I fall down. I think my ankle is sprained.”

I moved towards her to examine the ankle and it did sprain. “Do you have pain anywhere apart from this place?” I asked as I felt the bone that shifted.
